If you manage to get up in the morning you should definitely go here early in the morning to watch the sunrise(0515....). Spectacular to watch how quickly the sun rises at the most easterly point in the Americas. Beautiful.

Only because you have to tell your grandchildren you visited the easternmost point of the Americas, then you should go there.Otherwise skip it and live happily. Or unless you are driving that road and have 5 minutes to burn. Yes, you can take couple of very nice pictures.

Having been to the Northern & Western most points on the American Hemisphere, I now need to take a trip to Chile to complete this list. Other than that, we saw a photographer taking pictures of a model. Its only 5 minutes from the rain Forrest, so worth going to say you've been.

A place to take some pictures of the beautiful sight, nothing more. The lighthouse marks South America's most eastern point.

We dropped by to see the easternmost point in the Americas. It is attractive but nothing special and was tricky to park our car.

A nice view from this site,but fairly common,not enough to be amazing. Anyway, if u pass by, is worth to stop for 15 min or so

The view is magnifiscent, but there is nothing more to do there. Besides the real eastern point is the beach that can be viewed at the right.

This place has monuments of the easternmost point of Americas and some shops. It has a shop with ice creams of tipical fruits and flavors of Northeast of Brazil as mangaba, caja, toasted coconut and cream plus guava. Visit shop of jewels of bones too. It is nice.

You park your car, walk 10 minutes and you see a regular, normal lighthouse. Nothing to do, just popcorn and icecream. Dont waste your time going there if you dont have much time.

Muito legal. Vale a pena o passeio e o visual. Não compre lembrancinhas da região nesse local, deixe para comprá-las na feirinha (na praia de Tambaú) - tem preços melhores.

Interessante, mas precisa de reformas urgentes no mirante!Visite rapidamente. Compre algum artesanato bem diferente.Evite a mesmice.Não há um local bom de visualização e, portanto, de fotos....Bom saber onde é e o que significa. Só isso!

O ponto mais oriental da América do Sul, o Farol do Cabo Branco é um ícone para o povo da Paraíba. O local é lindo e de quebra tem varios locais para curtir com guloseimas típicas. Tem sorvetes artesanais com frutas da região, tel sucos, água de coco e muito mais. Tem também um "museu"particular com esculturas cuidado pela própria família. Muito interessante a visita.

Parece longe, se estiver hospedado em Tambaú, mas vale pegar o ônibus até sua estação final e descer a pé mesmo, sem nenhum perigo!

Ótimo sugestão de passeio para a família. O Jardim Botânico . possui muito verde além de trilhas. Possui também uma área reservada com exposição de bichos.

Todo turista que se preze quando vai a João Pessoa tira uma foto no Farol do Cabo Branco, que é o ponto mais oriental da América do Sul, ou seja, o ponto do Brasil mais perto da África. Como é um ponto alto, tem-se uma vista panorâmica de toda a orla, vendo-se as praias de Cabo Branco e de Tambaú. Frequento o local há décadas e noto que nos últimos dez anos houve um significativo aumento no número de turistas, reflexo do maior fluxo para João Pessoa, graças aos pacotes das operadoras de turismo.Nos anos 80, ali no Cabo Branco podia-se comprar artesanato feito de osso de baleia.Naquele tempo, pesqueiros japoneses eram autorizados a pescar baleias no litoral paraibano, autorização que foi cancelada no início dos anos noventa.
